Complaints
According to the “PR/SO/5/001: Management process of incidents, complaints and suggestions” Procedure of the Quality Assurance System of the School of Computer Science, any student who wishes to place a claim or contribute with suggestions should address to the Coordinator of the MSc in Artificial Intelligence (masteria.dia@fi.upm.es).

Where we are
The Department of Artificial Intelligence is located in the buildings of the School of Computer Science (Facultad de Informática, FIM), which are part of the Campus de Montegancedo, within a residential area called Urbanización Montepríncipe (township of Boadilla del Monte), at the southwest of Madrid.
Once you arrive at the Campus, you will find three buildings – one white and the other two green. Our offices are located in the largest green building (block 2). The secretariat of the Department is in office D-2202. The office numbers of the other members of the Department can be found on their own web pages.
